Meet Olivia
Olivia Dowler grew up in Weirton, graduating from Weir High School in 2020 and from West Virginia University in 2024 as a first-generation college student. At school, she served as the Legislative Affairs Liaison in the Student Government Association, learning about the WV Legislature, where she discovered her passion for amplifying the voices of West Virginians and advocating for them every step of the way.
Olivia is running for the House of Delegates in District 2 because she knows that her neighbors—and everyone in West Virginia—deserves to live a life that is healthy, happy, safe, and prosperous.
In her free time, Olivia loves watching Jeopardy, eating Mexican food, and spending time with her cat, Jiff.
